Role: Sr. Hardware Tech

Location: Austin TX
Duration: 6 months


100% Onsite- Local candidates preferred
• Education: High school diploma or BS or Electronics Engg or Electrical Engg
• Experience working with engineering labs and/or high-volume manufacturing test
facilities.
• Strong communication skills at both technical and executive levels, including the
ability to create and discuss technical documentation, reports and presentations.
• Experience working on Linux OS command line.
• Proficient with Microsoft standard products: Windows Operating Systems and Office
applications (particularly, Excel).
• Experience with computer hardware building to distinguish between system
components.
• Good verbal & written communication skill is a must.
• Hands-on experience, analytical & systematic approach to problem solving and
maintenance of test equipment.
• Works independently and can interact with cross functional teams as well.
• Proficient in reading electronic schematics and electronic component datasheets.
• Can readily identify components on PCBAs and can rework/apply-solder for debug
purposes.
