Pay Range: $200,000 - $230,000 annually + performance-based bonus 10% Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and alignment

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to lead and oversee hardware development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams to deliver high-quality hardware solutions. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of hardware products.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of hardware engineers to deliver innovative hardware solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of hardware components and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:
