Job SummarySEACORP's Combat Systems Business Area is seeking a Software Engineer. Software Engineers research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. The candidate should have the ability to be a to work in a fast-paced work environments and are able to collaborate with others while being able tohandle independent tasking.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, code, test, integrate, and document softwaresolutions. 
  • Work on problems with defined scope, schedule, andexpectations. 
  • Participate in daily scrums, 2-3 week sprints, PI planning,demonstration and retrospective ceremonies. 
  • Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures,and tools throughout the development life cycle.
  • Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subjectmatter to be programmed in business/mission applications, informationprocessing techniques used, and information gathered from system users todevelop software. 
  • Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions,compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilitiesto resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input dataacquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Ensures software standardsare met.
