Job Responsibilities
The System Engineer supports the stability, security, and performance of the corporate network and IT systems through proactive monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization. This role uses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues, maximize system efficiency, and support organizational operations while maintaining professionalism when working with employees and vendors across all levels of the global organization.
This position participates in an on-call rotation for after hours and weekend support.
Minimum Requirements
Five years of experience within the IT space directly related to computer hardware and software maintenance, as well as network connectivity on user workstations and corporate servers within a mid-to-large scale company. Hotel industry experience preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, with a solid understanding of core networking principles, including standard network administration tools and methodologies.
