Job description

Seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Compiler to join our Parts Catalog Authoring team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate service parts catalogs using Stellantis' proprietary authoring tools. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely and high-quality catalog delivery aligned with vehicle launch timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain parts catalogs using Stellantis custom authoring systems.
  • Select correct parts and usages for catalog graphics, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Meet catalog deadlines in alignment with vehicle launch schedules.
  • Manage embargoed content and create variants to protect unreleased features.
  • Address catalog clarifications from dealers and implement feedback from validation processes.
  • Collaborate with Service Parts Analysts (SPA) to ensure standardized part naming conventions.
  • Provide cross-regional support as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in parts and/or service
  • 3 years of automotive technical experience
  • 3 years of service parts catalog authoring experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bill of Materials (BoM)
  • AUTO-CAD tools (e.g., Teamcenter, CATIA)
  • Common service part practices and graphic standards
  • Strong skills Microsoft Office, pdf, SAP 3D Illustrator
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, engineering, or related field
