Equipment Technician
We are seeking a mechanically inclined Production Equipment Technician with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing inserting machines and printing equipment. This is a warehouse-based role focused on supporting production operations-not an office, IT, or graphic design position.
In addition to equipment maintenance, you'll assist with general building upkeep as needed. If you enjoy working with machinery and solving mechanical challenges in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure machines operate at peak efficiency through proper setup, adjustment, preventive maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain mail inserter equipment according to production schedules and specifications.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure materials are available for assigned jobs.
  • Inspect output for quality and make necessary adjustments.
  • Verify materials against production orders and samples.
  • Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Train machine operators on basic operations and troubleshooting minor issues.

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., using maintenance logs, email, or equipment software).
