Job description

  • Competent using video equipment--basic understanding of cameras, lighting, audio, and electrical equipment.
  • Experienced Videographer to film processes from start to finish
  • Ability to edit films using video editing software
  • Help with training, coaching and mentoring sessions with shop personnel.
  • Edit videos into compelling stories or reels, working with members of our team. In some cases, such as time-sensitive Public Relations needs, the turnaround time to edit may be brief.
  • Filming video on set and on location
  • Working with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots.
  • Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment
  • Editing footage after recording
  • Adding computer graphics, closed captioning, and special effects to footage
  • Preparing background film, “B” rolls.
  • Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
  • Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
  • Inputting graphics to enhance footage.
  • Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file.
  • Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage
  • Must be proficient in word press.
  • Must be social media proficient
