Graphic Designer-CAD Artist (Accessories) (New York City, NY)
Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/CAD Artist to support accessories design and development. This role requires strong visual design skills, expertise in CAD tools, and the ability to translate concepts into high-quality digital renderings across color, material, and graphics.
This is a 40-hour per week, 6-month contract (possible extension), an onsite role in New York, City, NY.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
● Create detailed CAD renderings for accessories including colorways, materials, and construction details
● Develop multiple design variations across color, material, and graphics
● Translate sketches and concepts into polished digital artwork
● Partner with design, product development, and merchandising teams
● Ensure accuracy and consistency across CADs and technical files
● Prepare presentation boards and visual assets for reviews
● Stay current with trends in accessories, materials, and color.
Requirements:
● 10+ years of experience in CAD design or graphic design within accessories, fashion, or retail
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools
● Experience working on accessories (bags, belts, jewelry, or similar categories)
● Strong understanding of color, materials, and construction details.
