Position Summary

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of learning programs, with a strong focus on creating engaging and scalable eLearning solutions. This position plays a key role in supporting Gifthealthโ€™s Learning and Development function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, Customer Success, the Instructional Designer will partner closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and business stakeholders to diagnose needs and deliver innovative, high-impact training content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business processes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements into effective learning experiences across multiple formats
  • Analyze current training programs for effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness
  • Revise materials to reflect policy, regulatory, and workflow changes
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning initiatives
  • Create instructor and participant guides, training resources, and visual aids

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience (Required)
  • Certification in instructional design, content strategy, or training development (Preferred)
  • 3-6 years of instructional design experience (Required)
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, call center, or regulated environments (Preferred)

Skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles, learning styles, and instructional design best practices (Required)
  • Proven expertise in Articulate Storyline, video editing, and content authoring tools; strong visual design instincts and basic graphic editing skills (Required)
