Purpose and Scope
The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for assisting with a variety of responsibilities in the Member Engagement department, including designing engaging experiences for social posts/ads, photo editing, layout production. The overarching goal is to create quality content that improves engagement of the brand of The Gideons International through marketing channels such as editorial publications, events, and social media, which showcases the activity and impact of the ministry.
Essential Job Functions
  • Create digital and print content for The Gideons International for marketing including but not limited to social posts and ad campaigns, web banners, editorial advertisements, event promotions, printed products, forms, and training materials.
  • Editing and categorization of photos for future projects.
  • Attend meetings virtually and/or in person for creative collaboration and context on deliverables.
  • Correspond through communication and creative software including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Teamwork, Adobe Creative Cloud, & Dropbox

Reports To: Art Director, Member Engagement

Works Closely With: Member Care & Engagement and International Headquarters

  • Ability to be onsite at the TGI headquarters or remote 5 days a week, hours may vary

  • Successful completion of a drug and background screen
