We're looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Estimator / Project Sales Specialist to join our team.
This isn't a desk job where you simply build estimates. You'll own the entire process—from reviewing technician deficiencies to creating professional estimates, presenting solutions to customers, following up consistently, and helping close the sale.
If you're competitive, organized, love solving problems, and enjoy helping customers make decisions, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited growth potential.
What You'll Do
Create Professional Estimates
Review technician recommendations and inspection reports.
Build accurate repair, replacement, and project estimates.
Price labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and profitable.
Sell the Solution
Contact customers to explain recommended repairs.
Answer questions and provide professional recommendations.
Build trust and confidence with every customer.
Overcome objections while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Help customers understand the value of repairing or replacing equipment before failures occur.
Follow Up
Proactively follow up on all outstanding estimates.
Keep estimates moving through the sales pipeline.
Track customer decisions and update statuses.
Ensure no opportunities are forgotten.
Manage Deficiencies
Review technician-identified deficiencies daily.
Verify documentation, photos, and recommendations.
Prioritize urgent and safety-related repairs.
Coordinate with dispatch, parts, service managers, and technicians.
Convert deficiencies into completed work.
Support Operations
Work closely with service managers and dispatch.
Coordinate equipment ordering when projects are approved.
Help improve estimating processes and profitability.
Maintain accurate records within NetSuite.
What Success Looks Like
Estimates completed within 24 hours
Outstanding customer communication
High estimate approval rate
Fast follow-up on every opportunity
Increased revenue from technician-generated deficiencies
Strong gross profit margins
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Qualifications

Strong computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Professional customer service skills
Ability to read technician notes and translate them into customer-friendly proposals
Sales experience is a major plus, but we can teach the technical side to the right candidate.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Takes ownership
Communicates exceptionally well
Follows through on every opportunity
Doesn't let estimates sit untouched
Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company

Is competitive and motivated by results
