The Cybersecurity Track is designed for individuals passionate about protecting data, investigating threats, and building resilient systems across healthcare.

Qualifications
- Candidates must have participated in and completed a Cigna Group internship prior to applying for this position.
- Education: Must have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology at the time of hire. Related degrees will be considered with demonstrated interest or exposure to Cyber Security.

Additional Information
- Location: This position is based in one of the following office locations: Bloomfield, CT | Austin, TX. The role requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week working onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional day of the employee's choice), and the option to work the remaining days remotely. Relocation assistance is not offered, and employees must be able to meet the onsite schedule for their assigned office location.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday starting July 12, 2027.
- Work Authorization: One goal of this leadership development program is to prepare and identify qualified candidates for leadership roles with The Cigna Group upon program completion. Therefore, this position is open only to individuals who are eligible for employment in the United States and who do not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship including, but not limited to, H-1B, CPT/OPT/STEM.
- Timeline: Process includes a recruiter screen and up to two interviews. Application window closes by mid-October 2026 or once filled.
- Compensation: Expected base salary is $88,000 for bachelor's graduates and $100,000 for master's graduates, plus competitive benefits.
- Pre-Employment Requirements: Selected candidates will be required to complete mandatory pre-employment tasks approximately 45 days prior to the program start date. Completion of the drug test requires availability within the United States during this timeframe.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,400 - 120,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
