Job Title: Sr. OT Network Engineer Location: Working Office address: 1001 Cherry Blossom Way, k, KY 40324 Work model : ONSITE (5 days) Duration: Long-term Experience:8-15 Years F2F interview Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. OT Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic System Solution team. This position is ideal for a candidate a hands-on network professional with strong OT and enterprise networking experience, proven ability to work in manufacturing environments, and a collaborative approach to supporting both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for onsite serves as a key technical resource and liaison between IT and plant engineering to ensure OT network solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with zero unplanned downtime. Essential Functions: Description / Essential Functions: Serve as the onsite network engineer for OT-related initiatives Lead the deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure. Support the design and implementation of secure, resilient network architectures for industrial and manufacturing environments. Ensure OT cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into network solutions, including segmentation, IDMZ, and access control practices. Provide escalation support for network incidents and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors as needed. Assist with network standards, implementation practices, and documentation for OT environments. Mentor and train local IT support teams and operational staff on OT network fundamentals and troubleshooting. Contribute to project planning, cutovers, maintenance activities, and operational readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and production requirements into effective network solutions. Technology Scope Candidates should have experience with a broad mix of enterprise and OT networking technologies, including: Enterprise LAN/WAN networks OT / industrial network environments Network segmentation and secure network design IDMZ architecture Firewalls and secure connectivity VLANs, routing, switching, and redundancy Network monitoring and troubleshooting Wireless networking in industrial or manufacturing settings High availability network design Support for plant-floor, automation, and edge-connected systems Industrial network connectivity and protocols Minimum qualification: Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field; and/or commensurate work experience 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience. Experience supporting OT, industrial, or manufacturing network environments. Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and secure network design. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams. Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in high-availability environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support activities. Ability to train and mentor support personnel and operational teams. Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive tasks through completion . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant-floor environments. Familiarity with OT cybersecurity concepts, IDMZ, and segmentation strategies. Experience with automation, controls, or industrial systems networking. Background supporting large-scale OT network deployments or plant modernization efforts. Experience working with production engineering, maintenance, and operations teams. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or other networking/security credentials. Experience developing network standards, deployment procedures, or architecture guidance for OT environments.
