a. Develop software
b. Test and verify software (unit, integration, UI, acceptance)
c. Execute integration and acceptance test plans as assigned. Create and execute automated tests.
d. Release software into production

2) Solution Definition (15%)
a. Analyze product requirements
b. Plan and estimate the implementation of product requirements
c. Review product designs and determine if solution meets business/customer needs
3) Production Support (5%)
a. Proactively search for and fix bugs when reviewing code
b. Fix bugs identified by both customers and internal users
c. Release software fixes into production
4) Continuous Learning (5%)
a. Research and apply new technologies, tools, and software skills in your daily work through conferences, online training, reading, participation in organizations/user groups, etc.
