Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

J12 is seeking talented and motivated entry-level engineers to join our team as a full-time employee. Depending on qualifications and assigned role, this position will involve radar design and analysis, software development, and / or developing software simulations in support of various Department of War and Intelligence Community customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • Candidate must be a US-only Citizen.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • M.S. or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
  • Strong academic standing with GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Demonstrated engineering experience through student design teams, internships / co-ops, and/or personal projects
  • Experience in signals and systems, electromagnetics, and digital signal processing
  • Experience in data science and data analytics
  • Experience with at least two programming/software development languages (C, C++, Matlab, Python, Java, etc)
  • Experience in software development as part of a team
  • Experience with data analytics methods including data cleaning / preparation, data model building, and presentation
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues and provide comprehensive written, oral and/or digital products (including document organization and technical writing)
