Are you an experienced technology leader with a focus on application stability, support operations, and continuous improvement? Deloitte is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager II to lead production support activities, drive issue resolution, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment within our Project Delivery Talent Model, which is designed for long-term client service delivery with reduced travel demands.

Work you'll do

As an Engineering Delivery Manager II - Engineering and Product on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading production support operations by developing functional and technical knowledge of supported applications
  • Analyzing incident and issue trends to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
  • Performing production deployments and coordinating service restoration activities
  • Managing ticket queues, monitoring service level agreement adherence, and implementing support enhancements
  • Communicating status, risks, and escalations to engagement leadership, project team members, and functional and technical stakeholders
