Job description

M&S Consulting LLC's Morgantown, WV, office seeks a Salesforce & Certinia OIM Solutions Architect.
This is a hybrid office/work-from-home position within the United States, but the employee must live within
commuting distance of the office in Morgantown, West Virginia. Duties include: (i) leading discovery
sessions to gather and document business requirements for OIM and Salesforce; (ii) working closely with
business and technical teams to bridge the gap between functional requirements and system capabilities;
(iii) leading project teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of
deliverables; (iv) collaborating with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure business needs
are met effectively; and (v) providing guidance on best practices for Certinia OIM and Salesforce solutions
to ensure scalability;
This is a hybrid office/work-from-home position within the United States, but the employee must live within
commuting distance of the office in Morgantown, West Virginia.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in a related Architecting Solution position within the Salesforce Ecosystem.
  • Experience must include four (4) years as a: (i) Solution Architect in Certinia OIM/Supply Chain Management (SCM); and (ii) Solution Architect in Salesforce.
  • Experience must include four (4) years working with: (i) Certinia (FinancialForce) Order & Inventory Management (OIM)/Supply Chain Management (SCM); (ii) Jira and Confluence to manage projects effectively; (iii) writing user stories and acceptance criteria; (iv) translating complex OIM/SCM and Salesforce business needs into structured requirements; (v) agile methodologies and in agile project environments; (vi) supporting end-to-end project delivery; (vi) Salesforce ecosystem and integrations; and (vii) enterprise-scale ERP, OIM/SCM implementations.

Must also be Salesforce Certified as: (i) Platform App Builder; (ii) Platform Administrator II; and (iii)
Platform Developer.

Experience can be concurrent.
