Essential Functions

  • Support in the development of new digital training techniques using AI and VR technologies as well as looking ahead to new car lines to identify training requirements and buildability topics

  • Work closely with training and assembly teams to develop new and effective training techniques

  • Investigate upcoming carlines to determine training needs and identify potential build issues prior to prototype assembly    

Other regular daily tasks:

  • Participate in cross functional meetings to communicate issues and developments across the organization

  • Prepare reporting documents for management team during peak trial times

  • Assist in development of digital tools to track qualification across the plant (Digital COS)

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education

Student in Mechanical-, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.: :

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self motivated

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Start Date: 

  • August/September 2026

Benefits:

  • Paid internship - hourly rate $18

  • Coverage of visa costs

  • $700 housing stipend 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree

  • Studies outside of the U.S.A

  • A minimum of 3 semesters o studies in relevant field of study

  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
