Interclypse is supporting a U.S. Government customer by providing support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel performs investigations to characterize of the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. Interclypse is seeking an Elastic Stack Engineer to support this critical customer mission.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities
  • Designs, implements, and configures Kibana visualizations
  • Designs and configures Elasticsearch instance(s)
  • Designs Elasticsearch indices to efficiently store data, currently optimizing both performance and the need for growth
  • Collaborate and work with a diverse group of engineers in developing solutions for ingesting heterogeneous datasets in large volumes
  • Deploys, configures, tests, and troubleshoots Elastic clusters and environments
  • Maintains and upgrades Elastic clusters and environments

Required Skills
  • 4+ years of directly relevant experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Elastic Stack components, especially Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack Version 5.0
  • Must be able to work collaboratively across physical locations

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, or related technical field
