The Opportunity:Supports day-to-day technical aspects of operational computer systems to identify diagnostic issues in enough detail to determine if the root cause is hardware or software related. Applies advanced skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. P rovides end-user support for a critical system for a DoW client. Works under general supervision and provides account administration and second-tier support to end users for either client or server applications or hardware. Troubleshoots user problems to resolve operating difficulties and recommends system modifications to reduce user complications. Analyzes, maintains, and reviews comprehensive documentation for all troubleshooting procedures, interacts professionally with clients and exhibits expertise in customer service, and maintains currency and a high level of technical expertise. Interacts with network services, software systems engineering, and applications development to restore services or identifies and corrects core problems.
