Your Key Responsibilities

Design and develop tooling concepts based on customer and production requirements.

  • Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CAD software
  • Design and modify jigs, fixtures, gauges, dies, and special tools for machining and assembly processes Tool Design release for manufacturing
  • Conduct tool feasibility studies and support process improvements
  • Participating in the tool trails and initiating the necessary correction within the project timeline
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, production, quality, and tool room teams during tool development and implementation
  • Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOMs, engineering change records, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support tool trials, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
Your Qualifications
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years of experience in Tool Design. Post Graduate Diploma (PG Diploma) or Post Graduation in Tool Engineering with 0 to 3 years’ experience.
  • Diploma in Mech/Post Diploma/Diploma in Tool & Die Making in Tool Engineering with 0 to 3 years and above Experience in Tool Design
  • Software Skill: Knowledge in Creo, SAP & GD&T Knowledge
