Job description

Desired Experience/Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • Desktop Windows 10/Office/ O365 / and other common desktop related software packages
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of communication - name resolution/ TCPIP/ DNS/ DHCP
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Customer oriented attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work processed based as part of a larger team.
  • Ability to work unsupervised at times and to prioritize the assigned workload accordingly
  • Ability to spot and address issues that require attention before they are raised by the user community
  • A Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or equal experience.
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies
  • Financial industry experience a plus
  • Industry certifications a plus
