Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
  • Support Windows operating systems and common business applications.
  • Document incidents, requests, and resolutions within a ticketing system.
  • Assist with device deployments, equipment replacements, workstation setups, and user onboarding.
  • Perform basic account support, password resets, and access-related requests.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service-level expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience supporting printers, scanners, and other end-user hardware.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to device deployment, imaging, or hardware refresh projects.
  • Desire to learn and grow within an enterprise IT environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Noblesville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
