Volt is immediately hiring an Assembler in Portland, OR 97224
As an Assembler, you will:
  • Operate a variety of production equipment, small hand tools, test equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Perform tasks using both automated and manual equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company procedures, quality standards, and training requirements.
  • Complete all required paperwork, production records, and documentation related to assembly operations.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, including tasks requiring color discrimination and visual accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively in English with team leads, engineers, and management.

Schedule:
1st Shift:- 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM - Monday to Thursday
This is a Full-time, Contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or medical device environment preferred.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
