Position Summary


As the Graphic Designer at 16 On Center HQ, you will play a key role on our Creative team, partnering with leadership across our diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, venues, and hospitality concepts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a wide range of creative projects, including advertisements, menus, signage, branding materials, and larger-scale creative initiatives. Success in this position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a collaborative approach to working across departments and properties. You will work closely with fellow creatives and stakeholders throughout the organization to bring ideas to life while helping maintain and evolve the visual identity of our brands.


Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating visual assets for marketing materials, social media content, and other creative projects.
  • Working within existing brand guidelines while proactively bringing new ideas and creative solutions to the table.
  • Assisting with production responsibilities, including working with vendors, ordering materials, and installing vinyl graphics and signage.
  • Providing on-site creative support for site-specific projects and installations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and creative vision.
  • Juggling multiple design projects for internal clients with efficiency, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with 16 On Center leadership, property management teams, music marketing professionals, and fellow graphic designers.
  • Partnering with IT, Creative, and Marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across websites, digital signage, and other digital platforms.
  • Supporting the development and execution of branding initiatives for new concepts, events, and existing properties.
  • Producing a high volume of design work while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Managing an ever-evolving request queue, communicating timelines and deadlines with stakeholders, and maintaining transparent project communication through company-approved project management tools.
Requirements:

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a designer role, preferably with a background in marketing, hospitality, or music.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Experience with After Effects, digital animation software, and/or Basecamp is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, organization, and the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Adept at drawing, sketching, and knowledgeable in essential design standards and practices, including layout, color theory, grid systems, and typography.
  • Ability to work effectively within brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries.
  • Experience working in both digital and print mediums, with the ability to recommend appropriate formats, specifications, and production methods for a given project.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the music venue, hospitality, and live events industries is a plus.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for customers and team members alike.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to remain stationary and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to occasionally move throughout various company locations, venues, and event spaces as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move marketing materials, signage, displays, and other project-related materials
