Responsibilities
  • Support administration and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Assist with Windows Enterprise and Linux server administration and support.
  • Support cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure environments.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and operational readiness.
  • Support virtualization platforms including VMware, KVM, and Xen.
  • Assist with troubleshooting system, hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation recommendations.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements.

Required Experience/Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with computer systems, information technology, or networking.
  • Experience with Windows Enterprise and Linux server administration.
  • Knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience supporting cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with hypervisors including VMware, KVM, and Xen.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
