American Communications Solutions and By Light Professional IT Services are recruiting dedicated and talented IT Service and Program Management Office professionals for the Eastern Western Operational Communications Services (EWOCS) contract. EWOCS provides reliable high-quality communications and innovative IT solutions for the Guardians, Airmen, and Government agencies assigned to Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, and Vandenberg Air Force Base. Be a part of the team that delivers excellence in national missile defense, human space flight, space launch, and combat rescue!

Responsibilities
  • Use computer-aided design software to create 3D and 2D technical drawings
  • Provide communication system planning, engineering, project management, and configuration management.
  • Comply with all Configuration Management Communications Systems Installation Records (CSIR) documentation/Cybersecurity Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS) Visualization Component (CVC) for all communication systems.
  • Maintain communication records, including creation of initial drawings, for all communications and information cables, termination equipment, and end-item equipment in CIPS/CVC or replacement system.
  • Review, validate annually, and redline all CSIRs as requested by the CSIR Manager via CIPS.
Required Experience/Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, or a relevant field
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS and MicroStation CAD Software
  • Experienced with applications of technical standards, principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Working under general direction, provides solutions to a wide range of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications
  • Working Knowledge of USAF CIPS/CVC Program Software
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
