Responsibilities:

  • CNC Operation & Programming: Set up and operated multi-axis CNC mills and Manual lathes to produce high-precision components.
  • Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints specifications, and CAD/CAM filesto plan machining sequences and ensure 100% adherence to engineering designs.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform inspections using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment
  • Design & Modeling: Create detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, and Mastercam for manufacturing and prototype development.
  • CAM Integration: Develop multi-axis CNC programs and toolpaths from CAD models, ensuring seamless integration between design and physical production.
  • Documentation Management: Computer administration duties using Oracle Manufacturing

Qualifications:

  • 3D CAD Modeling in Siemens NX or SolidWorks required
  • CAD Certifications preferred, or 1-2 years equivalent experience
  • Or degreed in Plastics Engineering/Technology
  • Injection Molding, Extrusion, Thermoforming, and Dip Molding product design
  • Excellent PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Computer administration duties using Oracle Manufacturing
  • Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the company
