PROJECT: Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders. What You'll Be Doing: * Responsible for overseeing and coordinating production and distribution of client's drawing files using CAD.
* Conduct Site Surveys to verify as-built conditions and incorporate them into the Master Drawings CAD files.
* Analyze and organize facility changes to the CAD data holdings.
* Coordinates work with engineering and construction teams to ensure project data is of the quality require to support the Master Drawings files.
* Perform CAD projects and other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * B.S./B.A. degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration (or equivalent degree) is required with at least 8 years of relevant experience (12 years relevant experience without a degree).
* Active TS/SCI with FS Polygraph clearance required.
* Must be US Citizen. Skills/Competencies: * Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts.
* Knowledge of architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
* Experience with Archibus.
* Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is preferred.
* Revit experience a plus.
* Highly experienced with word processing and MS Project Suite.
* Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
