Title: Senior Quality Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for an innovative, fast-growing technology manufacturer specializing in advanced electronic components used across multiple industries. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape quality strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and directly influence product performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality strategy initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)
  • Evaluate and enhance testing processes including DVT, HALT, and reliability testing methodologies
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts, including customer failure investigations and supplier corrective actions (SCARs)
  • Drive product quality improvements through specification analysis and engineering change initiatives
  • Evaluate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and resolve defects at the source
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, process engineering, or similar roles
  • Strong experience with failure analysis, metrology, and reliability testing (HALT/HASS)
  • Knowledge of global compliance standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or similar
  • Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred
