Unit Notes:Department: CIRV *Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS* **Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour. ** # suites/labs 4 labs - 3 cardiac one EP lab #cases per day on average cardiac cases 6-7, vascular IR 1-2 Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS) BLS, ACLS Common diagnoses/Types of patients CAD, NSTEMI, STEMI, heart failure, aortic stenosis, Job Duties Monitor, circulate, scrub cases - non cardiac, assist MD Experience or 'Must have' skills Monitor, circulate, scrub cases EMR/Equipment Cerner, Merge Cardiologist hours/on call 7:00-17:00 or until cases are completed Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling) No - we work Monday - Friday 7:30-4:00 or 8:30-5:00 Weeknights/Call Requirements 1-2 nights a week Weekend/Call Requirements Typically 1:3 call rotation, can take more if desired Holiday/Call Requirements Yes What is call response time 30 minutes Floating Requirements Potentially - depending on locum coverage Scrub Color/Dress Code Hospital supplied scrubs Unit/Department specific orientation Required unit and hospital orientation. *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield.
