Job description

Landscape Design/Build firm seeking landscape designer/CAD tech.

Coastal Designs has been in business for more than 45 years and we are currently seeking an energetic, and motivated professional to join our team. Our company deals in high-end residential and commercial landscapes and we are looking for someone who wants to begin a career in landscape design/construction.

Qualifications:
• 2 Years Experience using CAD software, Excel and Word a must
• Good working knowledge of computers
• Organized, motivated, and energetic
• AOS College degree preferred
• Landscape Design experience a plus but not necessary

-Reliable transportation to and from work, as well as to job sites for measuring

Job Duties:
• Measure Job sites (Own Transportation is required)
• Create detailed plans
• Assist in estimating and creating proposals
• Order materials when necessary
• Assist in obtaining permits
• Interact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on a regular basis
• Be able to complete a wide range of tasks

Saturdays during our busy season (April-July) may be required if work load permits : will be paid at time and a half.

8am-5pm Monday through Friday are the standard hours, Saturdays may vary as stated above

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 /hour
