This is a good fit for a drafter who takes pride in clean, accurate work and wants to see their drawings go out to the field and get built.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and revise plumbing drawings and details in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Work directly with field personnel and project managers to support active jobs and resolve drawing questions
  • Present completed drawings and details for review, and incorporate feedback and revisions
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Maintain organized, current drawing files and documentation
  • Meet project deadlines and keep multiple jobs moving at once
What You'll Need
  • 1–3 years of hands-on CAD drafting experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Working knowledge of plumbing systems
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once
  • Clear written and verbal communication — you'll be talking with field crews regularly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the plumbing, mechanical, or construction trades
  • Experience producing coordination drawings on multi-family projects
  • Familiarity with local plumbing codes
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay
  • Paid training and professional development support
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
