We are seeking a Market Manager Support Specialist to join our team in New Gloucester, Maine. This position reports to our New Gloucester office on a hybrid schedule. This role interfaces closely with the Market Management, Recruiting, and Employee Support teams, along with our Project Managers and clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create/update jobs and communicate updates to the Recruiting team
  • Attend meetings to review jobs and candidates
    • Follow up with Market Management and/or Project Management to gather feedback/updates
    • Communicate with clients as needed to seek updates
    • Coordinate candidate interviews, employee start date information and provide feedback to Recruiting team
    • Process updates in CRM software
    • Perform administrative tasks to support client accounts
