Summary
Responsible for maintaining current digital facility square footage and plan documentation. Assist in project design, review and the documentation of department codes and square footages from various architecture firms.
Job Description
Involved in new building construction review and the design process for budgetary remodels or refurbish work. Works with the production of drawings, but not the interpretation or design.
Must maintain allocation or cost reports for firewalls, location of devices.
Work with code requirements, including but not limited to, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), keep and update life safety plans, and ensure the proper code classes for smaller project redesigns.
Qualifications
Trade or vocational school courses in AutoCAD design required.
At least two years of CAD-related experience or at least four years of relevant experience preferred.
Knowledge of current version of Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) and/or Google Sketchup preferred.
