Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce detailed, full-scale architectural drawings and layouts.
  • Translate architects' and engineers' rough sketches into technical plans for foundations, structures, and interior spaces.
  • Review and apply applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and compliance standards to all designs.
  • Coordinate and organize structural, mechanical, and electrical design elements.
  • Conduct jobsite visits to collect necessary measurements and data.
