Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Designer to support the design and development of innovative electro mechanical products within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for converting 2D concepts into detailed 3D models, creating manufacturing documentation, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure products are ready for production. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in CAD modeling, enjoys solving technical challenges, and has experience designing injection molded and machined components.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Translate engineering concepts and 2D drawings into production ready designs for manufacturing and assembly
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support product development, prototype builds, testing, and design improvements
• Maintain engineering documentation, bills of material, revision control, and design records while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Support multiple engineering projects while ensuring designs meet quality, safety, performance, and cost objectives

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
• Five or more years of experience using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault in a manufacturing environment
• Experience designing injection molded plastic components and machined parts
• Experience designing consumer or industrial products within a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
