What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking a VDC Detailer to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role is responsible for producing fabrication spool drawings, detailed rack drawings, CAD as-builts and CAD files for our CNC machine.

What you'll do:

  • Create files in BobCad for the CNC machines
  • Create underground spacers for underground conduit packages
  • As-built drawings from project teams
  • Create cut lists for steel products
  • Design rack drawings
  • Be involved in project builds
  • Attend meetings with PreFab group and project teams
  • Produce fabrication spool drawings
  • Utilize BIM software to model electrical systems
  • Read job specifications and drawings

What we offer: 

The annual base pay for this role is between 60,000 - 80,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions.
