We are seeking an Electrical BIM Technician to join a collaborative team supporting the design and development of building systems for a variety of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys producing high-quality technical drawings while working alongside experienced design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and revise electrical layouts using Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards.
  • Create accurate 2D drawings and construction documentation from project requirements.
  • Coordinate drawing updates with project team members to maintain current design information.
  • Review and organize print drawings while supporting document control throughout the design process.
  • Assist with project documentation and drawing management using project collaboration platforms.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a BIM or CAD Technician supporting electrical design projects.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience using Bluebeam and Procore for document review and project coordination.
  • Background working within the MEP industry.
  • Understanding of electrical drafting standards and construction documentation.
  • Ability to interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and technical documents.
