Are you an experienced Survey CAD Technician who takes pride in producing clean, accurate drawings? We are a well-established land surveying and engineering firm seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join our team in Newfoundland, NJ.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a variety of survey projects and values precision, consistency, and collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare detailed boundary, right-of-way, topographic, and ALTA survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Process and convert field data collected by survey crews into polished final deliverables
  • Review deeds, plats, and record maps to ensure boundary and ROW accuracy
  • Maintain drawing organization and CAD standards across multiple projects
  • Collaborate closely with Project Surveyors and field crews to resolve discrepancies

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of land surveying drafting experience (Civil 3D proficiency required)
