Base Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, occasional overtime
Position Overview
A premier regional supplier of scaffolding, forming, and shoring products is expanding its Honolulu branch. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Associate (Equipment) to manage client accounts, generate accurate project bids, and coordinate logistics. This role blends industrial sales, technical blueprint estimation, and operations management.

Core Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales: Help customers find the right scaffolding and forming products
  • Create Estimates: Read blueprints and project plans to write up accurate, profitable cost bids
  • Coordinate Logistics: Work with the warehouse, crew, and dispatch to ensure jobs run smoothly
  • Track Inventory: Check that equipment is ready for projects and order parts when needed
  • Handle Billing: Check invoices for accuracy and process change orders
  • Learn Products: Attend regular training sessions to stay sharp on all equipment specs
