  • Manage deadlines and ensure CAD resources are effectively allocated across projects

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify areas for process optimization and enhanced efficiency
  • Stay current on CAD and design industry trends and technologies

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience with surfaces, roadway profiles, cross-sections, and utility network design
  • Proven success in developing and managing CAD standards and workflows
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A passion for learning and staying connected to industry innovation
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering construction plans and technical presentation

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and annual bonus/profit sharing program
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability coverage
  • Paid holidays, generous vacation and sick leave
  • Retirement plan with company match
