Job description
We're hiring a CAD Designer for a growing manufacturing company in Tampa. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for someone with experience creating detailed technical drawings and supporting manufacturing operations. If you're detail-oriented and proficient with CAD software, we'd love to hear from you.
CAD Designer – 1st Shift
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and layouts
• Prepare and revise engineering drawings based on project requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing
• Update and maintain drawing revisions and documentation
• Ensure all drawings meet company and customer specifications
• Assist with design changes and continuous improvement projects
• Support production by providing accurate technical documentation
Qualifications
• Previous CAD design experience required
• Fusion 360 experience preferred
• Candidates with strong AutoCAD experience and a willingness to learn Fusion 360 are encouraged to apply
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
