Essential Job Functions:
The following duties are considered essential to the role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions:
- Operate CAD workstation, to support the preparation of designs for industrial sector projects in mining and material handling.
- Support preparation of mechanical and piping drawings that includes equipment, process piping and HVAC drawings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Drafting/CADD, Mechanical Engineering, or other related field..
- Candidate must have 5 or more years of experience.
- Must be able to prepare plans, profiles, and detail drawings using AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing and understanding P&ID and PFD diagrams required.
- Must have experience working in a consulting environment.
- Must have Excel knowledge for preparation of equipment schedules.
- Must be an independent thinker and be able to assume design assignments with minimal training.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
