HVAC CAD Manager position in Orange County, CA This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities. We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractor that works on many of CA's biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects. We are looking for an HVAC CAD Manager with 5 or more years of HVAC CAD Management experience.

Responsibilities: Train Junior Designers/Detailers the Autodesk Fabrication Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, among other BIM-applications Coordinate with Plumbing Department Build HVAC CAD Standards Requirements: 5+ years of CAD Management experience Prior HVAC Detailing/Design experience Prior Journeyman experience Preferred: Prior Foreman experience Local in Orange County Familiar with Title 24, OSHPD, and ASHRAE standards Stable work-history Currently working for mechanical/plumbing contractor Medium to Large Project experience Knowledge working with Revit, SysQue, BIM 360, Glue, among others Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
