We’re Hiring — Closet Sales & Design Consultant

Precision Closets & Garage is growing and we’re looking for the right person to join our team serving Utah County, Salt Lake County, and surrounding areas.

At Precision Closets & Garage, we specialize in designing and installing high end custom closets, garages, pantries, offices, mudrooms, and storage systems for homeowners across Utah. We focus on clean design, quality craftsmanship, strong communication, and delivering a true white glove customer experience from start to finish.

We are a fast growing company with a strong reputation, consistent lead flow, and a team culture that values professionalism, accountability, and customer experience.

We are looking for someone driven, professional, and motivated to grow with us in the custom closet and storage industry.

Requirements:

• Closet sales/design industry experience preferred

• Willing to train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and drive

• Ability to use CAD/design software

• Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self motivated, organized, and dependable

• Comfortable with in home consultations and sales

• Reliable personal vehicle for appointments and in home consultations

What the role looks like:

• Meet with homeowners for custom closet consultations

• Travel to appointments throughout Utah County, Salt Lake County, and surrounding areas

• Measure spaces accurately

• Design custom closets, garages, pantries, offices, and storage systems

• Build quotes and close projects

• Work closely with our install and operations team from concept to completion

This is a commission based position only with strong earning potential for the right person.

We currently guarantee 6–10 qualified leads per month, with opportunity for more based on performance and closing success.
