About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Transportation Civil Engineer I to join our team in support of transportation design. This position will join our Bend, Oregon office. This position will work a hybrid scheduling coming into the office at least 3 days per week for team and client collaboration, mentorship, and integration.
Your Role on the Team:
  • Support the design, and delivery of roadway and multimodal transportation projects for state DOTs and local municipalities.
  • Prepare and assist with roadway design elements including CAD drafting and modeling, geometry roadway layout, horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage, and ADA-compliant facilities.
  • Write technical reports and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to support project schedules, quality control, and client deliverables.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • BSCE in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year.
  • Experience with Civil 3D or MicroStation preferred.

Salary Range
$70,000-$85,000 USD
