CAD Designer / CAD Operator
Direct Hire | Full-Time
Salary: $75k-$90k DOE +/-

We're looking for a detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our manufacturing team! This role is ideal for someone with experience creating production drawings, supporting fabrication, and working closely with engineering and operations.
What You'll Do
  • Create and revise detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
  • Develop layouts, models, and production documentation from customer specifications and design concepts.
  • Update drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering documents.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to support manufacturing.
  • Review and improve designs to enhance quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support change management processes.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks experience.
  • Experience creating manufacturing or fabrication drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with nesting software is a plus.
  • Steel fabrication or manufacturing experience is preferred.
