Computer Aides are support professionals who assist with basic computer operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in various settings such as schools, offices, or IT departments. Their tasks typically include setting up hardware, installing software, providing user support, and maintaining computer equipment. They often help ensure that computer systems run smoothly and may assist in resolving technical problems or performing routine updates.
