You as a Fleet Administrator will:
  • Knowledge of light and heavy construction equipment, including fleet vehicles, excavators, loaders, dozers, rock trucks, graders, compactors, and similar equipment, is considered an asset.

  • Support equipment billing, invoicing, and chargebacks for fleet and rental equipment.

  • Coordinate equipment and vehicle rentals, including purchase orders, vendor setup, and rental documentation.

  • Work closely with project teams, vendors, and site personnel to ensure equipment needs are met and tracked effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records, including invoices, equipment documentation, photos, and repair costs.

  • Assist with equipment planning and utilization, ensuring resources are available to support project requirements.

  • Use Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and internal systems to manage equipment-related data while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced construction setting, balancing multiple priorities while remaining organized, focused, and composed.

Is this the right role for you?
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using spreadsheets, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong forecasting, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with accounting systems, equipment tracking software, or similar business systems is an asset.

  • Previous experience supporting heavy equipment rentals, fleet operations, or the construction industry is considered an asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build positive working relationships.

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required.

  • The salary range for this job is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 CAD
